You might be looking at the title, and thinking this might be about science fiction. Nope. Although the title DOES have a connection to a modern-day dystopian sci-fi movie. Bonus points if you can identify both the movie AND the scene it's from.
Alright then, so what will this blog be about? It's gonna be about a lot of things. It's gonna be about me complaining about the company I work for. It's gonna be about my love of being a paramedic. It's gonna be about how my soon-to-be-ex is an absolutely insane person. It's gonna be about my rabid photography hobby, and how I'd love to order that $2000 lens for my camera.
(Did you notice how I alternated between good things and bad things? Pretty cool, eh?)
Most of all, it's gonna be a place for me to express my random thoughts. And hopefully, it'll be a place for you to visit once in a while, maybe after you've had a bad run, maybe when you're bored, maybe when you stumble home from the bar at 0300, or maybe when you're stumbling back to your casino hotel room at 0300 with a security escort because you just made more money than certain third-world countries have for their annual GDP. But mostly, for you to know that you're not alone in our slide down the razor blade of life.
